Back in 1966 I started to keep a record of the magic shows that I performed; details of venue, times, audience, effects performed and income generated.Apart from a total number of shows for each month and then year, I kept a running tally of the total number of performances.
This week I passed the 4,000 mark.

Congratulations, David! Having seen you in action in Kalymnos, the amazing thing is not only cannot one work out how a trick is done after seeing it at close quarters 2 or 3 times, but also that you make it look so fresh each time. Here's to the next 4000!
